MotoCaribe rides the SW Dominican Republic Coast Highway

Another epic http://www.MotoCaribe.com ride, this one in the arid Southwest of the Dominican Republic.

We ride Suzuki V-Strom DL650 motorcycles from the coastal town of Barahona in the SW of the DR to a roadside scenic overlook past Playa San Rafael. It’s the first stop of the day on a ride that goes to Bahia de Las Aguilas near the border town of Pedernales, and back.

This ride is around 35km. on a road that snakes along the spectacular SW coast with rugged mountains to the west and the fantastic postcard-perfect Caribbean Sea to the east.

Many riders tell us this is one of the most memorable rides of their lives, very similar to the Pacific Coast Highway in CA, with incredible ocean views, mountain twisties and elevation changes.

Exuma Cays Shark Dive

We traveled to the Exuma Cays (pronounced “keys”) in the Bahamas for a week of diving and shooting in this ocean environment. The Exumas are a chain of very small pretty islands just south of Nassau. Water temperatures were unseasonably cool, but the local inhabitants didn’t seem to mind. We captured some great footage of sharks, rays, turtles and night creatures.

True Blue Bay Resort is offering its guess the opportunity to kayak to Prickly Bay. We had loads of fun! We meet people along the way. Got lovely underwater footage and attempted to surf.

Sailing in the British Virgin Islands

Hike to Tufton Hall Waterfalls Grenada

If you love adventure! This is a hike for you. This waterfalls is located far into the interior of St.Mark’s close to Mount Catherine (Grenada’s Highest Mountain). Thats why this is the highest water fall in Grenada. It took us about 1:45 min both way of brisk hiking, though the rocky river. The hike was 99% in the river up to the falls. The next time we go we will hike to the top of the falls and that should be a thrilling experience.
